Once you have purchased the course Emily Jane Hair will be in contact with you in regards to your online Theory course and additional course information, directions and if you need local places to stay or additional information please reply to the email we send you. Once the course has been booked it is non refundable.
Changes to the course date can be done in writing no later than a month prior to the original course date booked. Only one amendment is allowed. Once you have paid for the full amount and it is within the week of the course start date the full amount is non-refundable due to losses of the course costs. This is non-negotiable.
If the final payment is not made in time Emily Jane Hair reserves the right to cancel the course for the learner which will result in loss of deposit. Emily Jane Hair reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If this is to happen the course date will be changed to another date, no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.
All course information sent to students is confidential and cannot be passed on or shared with anyone else or any other establishment under no circumstance. Learners MUST attend the course alone unless it is for disability reasons. We do not have the facility to accommodate guests whilst students are learning on the course.
