Booking Terms and Conditions:

By booking onto the course you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

Booking deposits are non-refundable (under no circumstance). The final payment of the course must be made no later than 5 working days before the training date. If payment is not received by this date Emily Jane Hair reserve the right to cancel the course for the student which will result in the loss of your deposit.

Changes to the course date can be done in writing no later than a month prior to the original course date booked. Only one amendment is allowed. 

Once you have paid for the full amount and it is within the week of the course start date the full amount is non-refundable due to losses of the course costs. This is non-negotiable. 

If the final payment is not made in time Emily Jane Hair reserve the right to cancel the course for the learner which will result in loss of deposit.

Emily Jane Hair reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If this is to happen the course date will be changed to another date, no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred. 

Students must behave appropriately during their course to others and within the learning environment, failure to do so will result in disqualification on receiving a certificate from Emily Jane Hair with immediate removal from the class.

All course information sent to students is confidential and cannot be passed on or shared with anyone else or any other establishment under no circumstance.

Leaners MUST attend the course alone unless it is for disability reasons. We do not have the facility to accommodate guests whilst students are learning on the course.
